TYPICAL USAGE
There are three main variables influencing free amino acid usage: (1) body weight (2) workout intensityand therapeutic application. Each individual should be sure to take a sufficient amount of amino acids for a long enough duration for the body to adjust to the product. Usually, athletes start feeling the results in the first month and start seeing the results in the second month. Typical usage will decrease for each product when taking three to five products; such is the case with our Training Objective Kits.
